Are you considering purchasing a new computer for home use or are you needing to find an IT solution for your company ? We can help by analysing your requirements and suggesting appropriate equipment and/or providing a tailor-made solution that is appropriate for your budget.
Remote Support
We are able to offer a secure support service where you can allow us to connect to your system remotely for fast service. If your system can connect to the internet then most issues can be viewed and fixed this way.
Pricing
Our prices are kept simple with no hidden extras as follows :
- On site visit 45€ per hour (minimum 1 hour)
- Workshop repairs 35€ per hour (minimum 1/2 hour)
- Remote support 35€ per hour
- Rebuild a system flat fee 85€. This includes reinstalling applications and transferring your data.
A free initial assessment / diagnosis service is available from the workshop.
There is no additional ‘call out’ charge. On site visits are timed from when we leave the office.
Fixed price repairs are available and a free quote will be provided on request.

Remote Support
We have our own remote support server situated on site and therefore do not use third party services such as TeamViewer etc. Your computer can connect directly to our server which allows us to see what your seeing on your screen which helps to diagnose the issue or we are able to show you what you need to do if remote training is being performed.
